NSSGA Shares the 2025 Community Relations Excellence Winners
WASHINGTON – The National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) announced its 2025 Community Relations Excellence winners, as well as its Stars of Excellence awards, on stage at the 2025 Legislative & Policy Forum.
The Community Relations Excellence Awards recognize aggregates producers for their generous contributions to their communities and their work enhancing public perception of their individual operations and the entire industry. This year, NSSGA recognized 8 Gold, 20 Silver and 69 Bronze winners. Honey Island Sand & Gravel, Amrize was named the Platinum award winner.
“I am proud that all of our members make a difference and create value in their local communities,” said NSSGA Interim CEO Michele Stanley. “Members showcase their important community relations efforts of special events, charity work and donations through the NSSGA Community Relations Awards. I am pleased to congratulate all of this year’s winners."
Additionally, Ames Mine and Augusta Quarry with Martin Marietta were recognized as National Stars of Excellence winners. This award is presented to an operation with multiple Gold Awards in Safety, Community Relations or Environmental Excellence within five years.
