The Phoenix Center for Advanced Legal & Economic Public Policy Studies released these studies on the positive impact that stone, sand or gravel operations have on jobs, tax revenues and other businesses. The studies find that the aggregates industry is a significant contributor to the economic well-being of the United States, generating nearly $40 billion in sales annually.
