The bill, which is expected to be considered on the House floor in the coming weeks, includes robust investments to improve and modernize our roads, bridges, tunnels, transit networks, airports and ports. NSSGA applauds the committee for dedicating necessary resources toward the Federal Highway Administration, National Infrastructure Investments (TIGER/BUILD), Airport Improvement Grants, Federal Railroad Administration, Federal Transit Administration and Maritime Administration.

“It will benefit all American communities – urban and rural – and lays the foundation for economic growth and opportunity,” said Rep. David Price, D-N.C., who sponsored the bill.
