Ward Nye, chairman, president and CEO of Martin Marietta, will look to discuss with members of Congress about the important role that the aggregates industry plays in building this country’s infrastructure and the chilling impact of excessive regulation during a hearing tomorrow.
Nye will testify on behalf of NSSGA before the House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources. The hearing is entitled: “Rocks to Roads: The Importance of Domestically Sourced Raw Materials for Infrastructure Projects.”
