Where and when are the 2019 AGG1 Academy education sessions going to be held?
All 2019 AGG1 Academy education sessions will be held in the Indiana Convention Center during the following times

  • Tuesday, February 12, 2019
    • Session 1 – 7:30-9 a.m.
    • Session 2 – 9:30-11 a.m.
    • Session 3 – 2-3:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, February 13, 2019
    • Session 1 – 10:30-11:30 a.m.
    • Session 2 – 2-3:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, February 14, 2019
    • Session 1 – 7:30-9 a.m.
    • Session 2 – 9:30-11 a.m.

What type of registration packages are available for the 2019 NSSGA Annual Convention?
There are seven types of registration packages available with varying access to the NSSGA Convention, AGG1/WoA Expo exhibits and education sessions:

  • NSSGA All-Access Package (Full Access to Convention & AGG1):
    • Admittance to all NSSGA Annual Convention Activities not requiring a separate fee
    • Entrance to AGG1/WoA Expo exhibits on all official show days
    • Unlimited access to ALL AGG1 Academy education sessions (except any specially priced programming)
  • NSSGA Leadership Package (Convention only):
    • Admittance to all NSSGA Annual Convention Activities not requiring a separate fee
    • NO AGG1 education or Expo
  • The Spouse/Guest Package (not for industry professionals):*
    • *Admittance to all NSSGA Annual Convention Activities not requiring a separate fee
    • NO AGG1 education or Expo
  • PMD (Pulverized Minerals Division):
    • Admittance to NSSGA’s PMD Annual Meeting (Tues. & Wed., February 12,13)
    • No AGG1 education, Expo, or Convention access
  • NSSGA’s Legal Symposium:
    • Includes admittance to NSSGA’s Legal Symposium (Wed., February 12) and access to NSSGA Convention activities on Wednesday ONLY**
    • No AGG1 education, Expo, or Convention access
  • IMAA (Indiana Mineral Aggregates Association):
    • IMAA Winter Meeting (Sunday-Monday)
    • NSSGA General Sessions
    • AGG1 Expo (Tuesday – Thursday)
    • AGG1 Academy Sessions (Tuesday – Thursday)

*Spouse program tours are not included in any package and require separate registration fee(s).
**Legal Symposium is also available as an add-on (discounted) to other NSSGA registration options
NOTE: All Access, Leadership and Spouse registration packages above have NSSGA Member and Non-member pricing, as well as Advance and Standard Registration pricing.

When and where can I pick up my NSSGA Annual Convention badge if I have pre-registered?
Badges will be available for pickup at the NSSGA Annual Convention Registration Desk located in the JW Marriott Indianapolis Hotel. NSSGA convention badges will not be mailed to registrants in advance.

The NSSGA Registration Desk dates and hours are:

  • Sunday, February 10, 2019: 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • Monday, February 11, 2019: 7 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Tuesday, February 12, 2019: 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Wednesday, February 13, 2019: 7 a.m.-2 p.m.

Please bring your registration confirmation page to aid in speeding up the badge pickup process. If you misplace your badge, you will be required to purchase a replacement.

Once I pre-register will I receive a registration confirmation?
Yes, after your web registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately for the NSSGA Annual Convention.

How do I register on-site for the NSSGA Annual Convention?
We strongly encourage early registration prior to the convention. However, on-site registration will be available at the NSSGA Annual Convention Registration Desk located in the JW Marriott Hotel beginning on February 10, 2019, at 7 a.m. Simply complete a registration form at the NSSGA registration desk, pay by credit card and your NSSGA name badge will be printed for you there.

What if I would like to register for the 2019 AGG1 Academy & Expo?
To register for AGG1 only, please select “show badge only.” This will automatically register you for access to the AGG1 show floor.

Do I have to buy a separate badge to attend the AGG1 Expo if I am also attending the NSSGA Convention?
No; the All Access Convention registration package includes entrance to AGG1/WoA Expo exhibits on all official show days. You may also add-on an AGG1 ticket to your registration package if it is not included.

My registration includes either entrance to all AGG1 Academy education sessions; do I choose those session(s) in advance of the show?
No. Your access to AGG1 education sessions is included electronically on your name badge. Simply have your badge scanned at the door of the AGG1 Academy session of your choice to redeem your education passes. No more tickets to carry, exchange, lose, or forget in your hotel room!

Am I limited to the number of AGG1 Academy education sessions I can attend based on my convention package?
No. In addition to our popular All Access package, access to individual educational session(s) are available for purchase online through the AGG1 website or in-person at the show.

How can I review the classes and topics offered in the AGG1 Academy educational sessions?
You’ll be able to view the classes and plan your schedule before, during and after the registration process. Simply visit www.agg1.org to look at the offerings and plan your onsite schedule in advance.

Does the NSSGA Annual Convention registration include admittance to the 2019 NSSGA ROCKPAC Donor Appreciation Reception?
No. The ROCKPAC Donor Appreciation Reception is an invitation only event. If you have any questions regarding this event please contact Laura Henry at lhenry@nssga.org.

Are there any registration age considerations for the NSSGA Annual Convention?
You must be 18 or older to register and pay a fee. Those under 18 years of age must be registered but the fee is complimentary and they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Why am I asked to provide a cell phone number and an email address when I register?
Experience tells us that we may need to send updates and relevant information to attendees on a real-time basis. These online tools allow us to keep you better informed during the convention.

What are the NSSGA Annual Convention payment, cancellation and refund policies?
The following forms of payment accepted: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, ACH or check.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be in writing. All tours are non-refundable. All NSSGA Convention cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 processing fee if a request is received on or before January 12, 2019.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued after January 12, 2019.
