NSSGA is accepting submissions to name a seat belt safety campaign.  Since NSSGA President & CEO Michael W. Johnson announced the contest at the NSSGA Annual Convention in Indianapolis in February, interest has been high as submissions continue to be received at seatbeltsafety@nssga.org.   The deadline for submissions is April 30, 2019.  Participants must work for an NSSGA member company and can submit more than one entry.  Entries will be judged blindly by NSSGA staff. The winning campaign slogan will be chosen and announced this spring. The total prize for the winning slogan will be $5,000.  So send in your seat belt safety slogan idea today to seatbeltsafety@nssga.org.

“Wearing a seat belt is a simple step in worker safety, but there must be universal commitment to doing this in all our facilities for the well-being of our employees,” said Johnson in announcing the contest in February. “So, we will launch a campaign to educate and remind employees at our member facilities to always wear their seat belt before driving any equipment on the job.”

The winning slogan will be announced later this spring and will be incorporated into graphic elements and distributed to our member facilities.
