NSSGA DPM Sampling Workshops

NSSGA in conjunction with MSHA and the State Aggregates Associations, conduct Diesel Particulate Matter (DPM) Sampling workshops on a requested basis. The 3-day workshops educates and trains participants on the fundamentals of conducting DPM exposure monitoring, recording and interpreting analytical results, and on how to develop plans to reduce elevated DPM exposures below MSHA permissible limits. The workshop is two days of classroom work and a day of field sampling activities.
