Presentations on bench-blasting, back control and pillar stability and improvements in bore-scoping and pillar design will be made at the annual Safety Seminar for Underground Stone Mines presented by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. The seminar is slated for Dec. 10-11, 2013, in Louisville, Ky. NSSGA is an annual sponsor of this important safety offering.
