Each year NSSGA brings together leaders of the aggregates industry. This year, join us in Baltimore!  We will kick off our meeting at the NSSGA Chairman’s Welcome Reception on Sunday, March 15th, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m., in the Hilton Baltimore Hotel, Holiday Foyer (2nd floor) to network with other NSSGA members, new and seasoned. Q:  What types of registration packages are available for the NSSGA 2015 Annual Convention?

A.  There are four types of registration packages available with varying access to the NSSGA Convention and AGG1 Academy & Expo exhibits and education sessions:

  • All-Access Package:
    • Admittance to all NSSGA Annual Convention activities not requiring a separate fee.
    • Entrance to AGG1 Academy & Expo exhibits on all official show days.
    • Access to all AGG1 Academy education sessions from Tuesday through Thursday (except any specially priced programming).
  • Executive Package:
    • Admittance to all NSSGA Annual Convention activities not requiring a separate fee.
    • Entrance to AGG1 Academy & Expo exhibits on all official show days.
    • Access to one (1) AGG1 Academy education session of your choice (except any specially priced programming).
  • Leadership Package:
    • Admittance to all NSSGA Annual Convention activities not requiring a separate fee for ONE calendar day.*
    • Entrance to AGG1 Academy & Expo exhibits on all official show days.
    • Access to three (3) AGG1 Academy education sessions of your choice (except any specially priced programming).
  • The Spouse Package:
    • Admittance to all NSSGA Annual Convention activities not requiring a separate fee.**
    • Entrance to AGG1 Academy & Expo exhibits on all official show days.

NOTES:  *The one day must be selected at the time of registration.

Q:  How can I register for the NSSGA 2015 Annual Convention in advance?

A:  There are three ways to register for the NSSGA Annual Convention:  online, secure fax and postal mail.

  • Register online:   www.nssga.org
  • Register by fax:  Complete and print the registration form and fax it to the secure NSSGA fax number (703) 525-7742.
  • Register by mail:  Complete and print the registration form and mail it to the address below:

Q:  Is there a way to attend only one day of activities at the NSSGA 2015 Annual Convention?

A:  Yes. The Leadership Package is available for members who want to attend the convention for one calendar day with access to all NSSGA activities occurring on that day, which do not require a separate fee. Your badge will also include admittance to the AGG1 Academy & Expo exhibits on all official show days in addition to three (3) education sessions of your choice. You must select your Convention attendance day when registering.

 

Q:  What if I would like to register for the 2015 AGG1 Academy & Expo only?

A:  To register for the 2015 AGG1 Academy & Expo, visit www.agg1.org

 

Q:  Do I have to buy a separate badge to attend the AGG1 Academy & Expo if I’m registered for the NSSGA Annual Convention?

A:  No; your NSSGA Convention registration includes entrance to AGG1 Academy & Expo exhibits on all official show days.

 

Q:  My registration includes either entrance to all (All-Access package) or one selected day’s (Leadership package) education sessions of my choice. Do I need to choose those sessions in advance of the Show?

A:  No. Your access to AGG1 Academy & Expo education sessions* is included electronically on your name badge. Simply have your badge scanned at the door of the AGG1 Academy session of your choice to redeem your education passes.  No more tickets to carry, exchange, lose, or forget in your hotel room!

NOTE:  *Specially priced programming is not included.

 

Q:  Am I limited to the number of AGG1 Academy education sessions I can attend based on my convention package?

A:  No. In addition to our popular package options, access to individual educational session(s) are available for purchase online through the AGG1 website or in-person at the show.

 

Q:  Does convention registration include admittance to the 2015 NSSGA ROCKPAC Reception and Mercedes Drawing?

A:  No. The ROCKPAC Reception and Mercedes Drawing requires a separate ticket from your convention registration to attend. You can purchase one or more tickets (“drawing entries”) prior to the convention by contacting Jim Riley at jriley@nssga.org.  Tickets will also be available for purchase on-site at the convention prior to the event.

For 2015, the ROCKPAC Reception and Mercedes Drawing will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015, in the Hilton Baltimore Hotel’s Ballroom.  Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. with food and beverage available immediately. The Mercedes drawing will commence shortly thereafter.

 

Q:  Are there any registration age considerations for the NSSGA 2015 Annual Convention?

A:  You must be 18 or older to register and pay a fee. Those under 18 years of age must be registered but the fee is complimentary and they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

 

Q:  Once I pre-register, will I receive a registration confirmation?

A:  Yes, you will receive a confirmation of your registration depending upon the method you used to register.

  • Web Registration:   You will receive a confirmation email immediately after registering for the NSSGA Annual Convention which includes your AGG1 Academy & Expo registration.
  • Faxed Registration:  NSSGA will email a confirmation to those registrants who register via fax and include an email address on their registration form. This email address will also be used for last-minute notifications.
  • Postal Mailed Registration:  NSSGA will email a confirmation to those registrants who registered via mail, and included an email address on their registration form, within one day of receiving the registration form.

 

Q:  Why am I asked to provide a cell phone number and an email address when I register?

A:  Experience tells us that we may need to send updates and relevant information to attendees on a real-time basis. These online tools allow us to keep you better informed during the convention.

 

Q:  What are the NSSGA Annual Convention payment, cancellation and refund policies?

  • Payment Accepted:  The following forms of payment accepted are American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, ACH or check.
  • Cancellation Policy:  All cancellation requests must be in writing.  All tours are non-refundable. All NSSGA Convention cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 processing fee if a request is received on or before January 23, 2015.
  • Refunds:  No refunds will be issued after January 23, 2015.

 

Q:  When and where can I pick up my NSSGA 2015 Annual Convention badge if I have pre-registered?

A:  Badges will be available for pickup at the NSSGA 2015 Annual Convention Registration Desk located in the Hilton Baltimore Hotel. NSSGA convention badges will not be mailed to registrants in advance.

The NSSGA Registration Desk dates and hours are:

  • Sunday, March 15, 2015, from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Monday, March 16, 2015, from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday, March 17, 2015, from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday, March 18, 2015, from 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Please bring your registration confirmation page to aid in speeding up the badge pickup process. If you misplace your badge, you will be required to purchase a replacement at original cost.

 

Q:  How do I register on-site for the NSSGA 2015 Annual Convention?

A:  We strongly encourage early registration prior to the convention. However, on-site registration will be available at the NSSGA 2015 Annual Convention Registration Desk located in Hilton Baltimore Hotel beginning on Sunday, March 15, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. Simply complete a registration form, pay by credit card and your NSSGA name badge will be printed for you there.

 

Q:  Where and when are the 2015 AGG1 Academy education sessions going to be held?

A:  All 2015 AGG1 Academy education sessions will be held in the Baltimore Convention Center during the following times:

  • Tuesday, March 17, 2015
    • Session 1 – 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
    • Session 2 – 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
    • Session 3 – 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
  • Wednesday, March 16, 2015
