Course Description

By May 2013, any operator of stationary diesel engines, such as generators, must meet specific regulatory standards, including certain emissions and testing limits. This includes all aggregates facilities. In this webinar, you will learn which engines are subject to these requirements and what steps you need to take to be in compliance by May 2013. These requirements are found under 40 CFR Part 63 Subpart ZZZZ and apply to Compression Ignition Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines (RICE).

Presenter:

    Jennifer Calnen of GZA Environmental, Inc. Ms. Calnen has over seventeen years experience in environmental consulting, focusing on air quality management, permitting, and environmental compliance. Ms. Calnen has conducted numerous air quality and multi-media compliance and ISO audits to help her clients ensure continued compliance with respect to environmental regulations and permit conditions, and has been responsible for assisting various clients with resolving non-compliance situations via regulatory agency negotiations for Notices of Violation (NOV) and Consent Order Decrees.
