Attendees to the NSSGA Noise & Dust Workshop are responsible to make their own individual reservations for a hotel guest room, if needed, and for all charges connected with their stay.

 

NSSGA has secured a block of twelve (12) guest rooms for Monday, Oct. 1, 2012, through Wednesday, Oct. 3, with departure on Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012.  These guest rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guest Room Rates:  $88.00 Single Occupancy + Taxes with a King Bed.

Included in the rate is complimentary self-parking, a Fitness Center, Indoor Pool, Whirlpool, Wifi in Public Spaces and in Guest Rooms, Coffee in the Lobby and Coffee/Tea in the guest rooms.    A 24-hour Snack Bar is available for purchase of miscellaneous items.   

 

Room Block DEADLINE:  Thursday, September 6, 2012.

 

Check-in:  3:00 p.m.  Check-out:  12:00 noon departure day.

 

Guest Room Cancellation Policy:  Individual reservations are required to notify the hotel by 6:00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival or be subject to a one-night deposit charge.

Hotel Café for Breakfast:   The Courtyard Café will be open for breakfast buffets during your stay. The hours are:  Mon.-Fri. 6:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m. ONLY; Sat-Sun: 7:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. ONLY.   The cost is $8.95 + tax per person.  The Breakfast Buffet features American-style breakfast foods including Waffles, Eggs, Omelets, Sausage and Bacon, Breakfast Potatoes, Bakery Breads, Cold Cereals, Yogurts, Juices, Coffee and Tea.

Nearest Airport:   Dulles International Airport (IAD), Chantilly, Virginia. Phone:  703-572-2700.  www.wmaa.com/Dulles  – 18 miles SW from the hotel.  A TAXICAB averages $35.00 one-way from Dulles International Airport to the hotel.

Washington Flyer SuperShuttle:  SuperShuttle's door-to-door shared ride van service is available to and from Washington Dulles International Airport. The SuperShuttle ticket counters are located on the far ends of the Ground Transportation Level of the Main Terminal. Shuttles operate on an on-demand basis.
