Rita Murray is a first generation American businesswoman, professional speaker, TV Host, Web Producer, Emcee, former top secret government contractor, and private pilot.

Rita is the CEO of Performance Consulting, LLC and Performance Consulting Group, LLC and has over twenty-five years experience in the area of organizational development, information technology, human resource (HR) management, presentation skills, executive coaching, and business communications. She is also CEO of Performance Consulting Group, LLC, an energy services company specializing in identifying and delivering innovative and cost-efficient energy infrastructure solutions.

Rita has worked for and with small and corporate businesses, franchise organizations, non-profits, government agencies, and defense contractors across the United States, including Fortune companies: General Electric, IBM, Compaq Computer Corporation, Lockheed, KPMG, Genetech, and Rolls Royce, as well as all branches of the United States Armed Forces.

As an expert in recruitment and retention, Rita’s perspective on the future workforce is provocative and insightful. Rita is the author of two HR books:“Survive and Thrive in a Multi-Generational World,” a personal guide to working with the four generations in the American workplace and “Make Time Work for You,” a humorous and educational perspective on mastering 8-5 work-life balance in 24/7 global economy.

Rita is also a national Senior Associate with Otto Kroeger Associates, in Fairfax, Virginia, certified for the ®Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the ®MBTI.

Completing a Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology and Technology (2006) at the University of Oklahoma, Rita is committed to improving workplace performance, encouraging personal development, and promoting life-long learning. She integrates her combination of unique experience in the business world and her academic training into her presentations which are fast-paced, multimedia-based, information-packed, and fun!

As the 2005/2006 President of the National Speaker Association (NSA) Oklahoma Chapter, Rita collaborates with other national speakers to provide resources and education designed to advance the skills, integrity, and value of the speaking professional. She and her husband, Ron, a high-time pilot, live in Norman, Oklahoma. As Oklahoma State Co-Directors for Bill Glass Champions For Life Prison Ministry, they also travel internationally with the ministry.
