Young Leaders

Young Leaders Annual Meeting April 29 - May 2 San Diego, CA

The NSSGA Young Leaders conduct an annual meeting for industry professionals 40 years of age and younger to develop leadership and management skills, address and develop industry positions, build a national network of industry professionals, exchange ideas and discuss areas of mutual interest that will help them and their companies become more successful in the aggregates industry.

The Young Leaders Meeting is attended by young leaders from both large and small companies who come together from different fields in the industry. There are young leaders who work in community relations, corporate development, engineering, environmental services, equipment management, exploration & planning, finance, government relations, human resources, production, operations, safety & health, and sales, along with those who are presidents and vice presidents of their own companies that attend the Young Leaders Meeting.

Young Leaders are encouraged to bring their spouses/guests to the annual meeting. Unlike other industry meetings, the spouses/guests are invited to attend all activities held during the meeting including: community service projects, networking functions and business sessions. Young Leaders are also encouraged to attend the NSSGA Annual Convention, AGG 1 and the Legislative Fly-Ins held in Washington D.C.
